The Opportunity for the public to observe space is comming

           The Ministry of Science and Technology is going to create a new field of space science practice among science students.The project will create opportunities for the public to observe space. There will be arrangement for encouraging the practice of space, science, creating interest in education through education friendly entertainment,research and training. It will be implemented in Vanga ,Faridpur. The initiative is under the project 'Establishment of Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman Space Observation Center'. It will be built at  Vanga ,Faridpur.

The junction of the Tropic Of cancer and 90 degrees east longitude breaks at vanga,faridpur in Bangladesh.If a space observation center is set up here , there will be a opportunity to observe space from Bangladesh through telescope.

Mohammad MUnir Chowdhury ,director general of the Third Science and Technology Museum,said a broken 'Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman Rahman Space Observation Center' would be set up in Faridpur.Through this , new horizons will be unveiled in science research. The project will create opportunities for telescope observation of space from Bangladesh. As a result, strudent will be interested in science.

Acquisition of demolished land, office building,observatory tower, officers quarters, service building and sanitation work eill done here. the total cost to build it will be 221 cdore 95 lakh. From now on ,the project will be implemented in June 2023.
