There is no equivalent of "Papaya" as food

 Ripe Papaya is very satisfying and beneficial as a fruit. Raw papaya is not comparable to curry.Banana and raw papaya soup is a very god diet for stomach. aliments. Raw papaya can be cooked in various ways.Such as dried papaya, dalna, chenchighanta ,broth etc. You can also eat raw papaya chutney , salad and pickles.



 

Let's know some of the benefits of papaya- 

1.Lowers cholesterol:

Like other fruits,papaya has no cholesterol.And papaya has a lot of fiber. So those who are worried about cholesterol problems should put papaya on their daily food list. Eat papaya instead of other cholesterol-rich foods. Then your cholesterol levels will be under control.

2.Protect against heart disease:

Papaya prevents heart disease. papaya is an excellent source of vitamins A,C and E, and powerful anti-oxidants. These three nutrients help prevent cholesterol,which is one of the leading cause of heart attack and strokes. Papaya is also a good source of fiber , which helps reduce high cholesterol levels. 

3.Protect eyesight:

According to a study published in the Ophthalmology Archives, playing papaya three times a day greatly reduce risk of age related eye damage. The primary cause of vision loss in the elderly is the intake of relatively  less nutrients in the daily diet. Papaya is our good for your eyes because it contains antioxidants and the presence of vitamins A,C and E. 

4.Helps in digestion:

 Eating  ripe papaya will be very beneficial for patients with indigestion. Eating ripe papaya increase appetite in the mouth,while it also increase hunger. In addition, papaya is also quite beneficial in the case of hemorrhoids.

Raw papaya glue and seed deworming. Raw papaya glue mixed with sugar or air is good for various liver diseases including hemorrhoids and jaundice. This gum is mixed with 5-6 drops of air every morning to stop the bleeding of hemorrhoids.

 Papaya  rich in anti-oxidants, beta,flavonoids, carotene ,lutein,cryptoanthin. in addition ,there are many other nutrients that are very beneficial for the body. Carotene reduces the risk of cancers.

7.Hair care:

 Papaya plays a very important role in hair care. Mixing papya with sour curd and rubbing it on the hair strengthens the hair roots and makes the hair shiny. 1 teaspoons of papaya glue is rubbed with 7/8 teaspoon of water and left at the base of the hair for a while and then washed, the lice die. 

8.Skin care:

 Papaya is a fruit rich in anti-oxidants, so it helps retain the beauty and radiance of the skin. Keeps blood circulation noral. Mixing honey with ripe papaya every day increase the radiance of  the  skin. 

9. Increases brightness by reducing acne scars:
